|Recommended: YesNice — The front staff ladies are amazing, anytime I run into an issue they are very understanding. They keep the residents updated with any issues that might prevent day to day living. I’ve been here for 2 years and haven’t had any big issues. The maintenance staff is amazing.

|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for with a customer service bonus — If you don't mind a few dents scratches in your home and moderately decent kitchen appliances, this is a great place to live.
My neighbors are a sometimes a bit loud, but that has more to do with my particular neighbors than the apartments. Some issues with bugs on the bottom floor, but if you keep your apartment clean then it is very manageable I absolutely hate bugs and I'm okay with it . Maintenance wait time is reasonable. Emergency maintenance is very prompt - I've only had to use it once and they arrived within minutes of me calling in.
The location of the apartments has proven to be very useful with it being so close to I-75 and Hwy. 635 as well as being within walking distance of Walmart and two gas stations. By far the best thing about this apartment complex is the quality of service by the management staff. Both of the ladies are very sweet, reasonable, and genuinely care that their tenants receive good service.

|Recommended: YesPleasantly surprised — I was concerned because of the area but it's actually very peaceful at the complex. Everyone keeps to themselves and no one bothers you. There are families with kids that play outside when the weather is nice and one person near me has birds they put on their porch so you can hear them singing. It's nice, I like it here. It's also an extremely convenient location if you use public transportation.
The actual apartments are older but I have a 1st floor apt with wooden floors that I love My electrics bills are 30- 75 month depending on the season.
Lastly, the office staff and maintenance workers are all extremely nice and helpful I made a good choice moving here and now I'm renewing my lease for another year.
