|Recommended: YesCould be better — For the price paid for apartments it can be better. Updates need in the apartment. Apartment is very drafty and cold in the winter

|Recommended: YesNew Tetant — Small issues. Nothing out of the norm when you first move into a place. Quite, plenty of parking spots. Tight driving in and out but otherwise great.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartment Complex — Amazing apartment complex and staff. Brenda our apartment manager is always on top of things and is always helpful. I have been living here for years and she and her staff have all made it a great living experience, The maintenance team is great and quick to repair any problems.

|Recommended: YesI love the property, it’s pretty peaceful — It was peaceful and the front office were always professional and knowledgeable. The floor plans were nice, clean and spacious.
|Recommended: YesOlder complex with some concerns, but great price — The complex itself is quite nice all things considered, and the price is the primary selling point as it is increasingly difficult to find both acceptable AND affordable housing in Dallas relatively walkable and well-kempt grounds, nice staff, reasonably close to amenities.
There are some concerns presently about the noise around our unit though our immediate neighbors are no concern, there have been multiple instances since moving in about 1 month of very loud, heated, public domestic disturbances and arguments at various hours throughout the day from multiple other units. This is by no means a deal breaker considering the world we live in and it by no means makes me concerned for my safety, it is merely an aspect of the complex we might not have seen from the start.
Overall, Amber Dawn leaves some things to be desired washer dryer hook ups in unit would be a big plus, the noise, etc. BUT is a perfectly reasonable and nice place to live good housing for a basically unheard of price in Dallas, and I would definitely recommend to a friend who was seeking just as much.
